She warily dances along a mental tightrope balancing self-compassion and discipline; too much of the former means goal-stagnation, over-focusing on wellness and falling without ever attaining full potential, but too much of the latter entails burn out, slipping down and forced to account for the consequences.

Good idea because a balance beam is like leaning too far to any side then you fall the important thing is to maintain balance between the two extremes
